Advice for Radiography

Hello as you may know a level results day is tomorrow.

Portsmouth university is my firm choice however I also have another plan if in the event I exceed my results I may enter clearing for Radiography at Cardiff university which is one of the best in the UK.

I was wondering will there be a mini interview during clearing and if there is I’m thinking it won’t be very specific like a formal interview where they ask like
‘ oh what would u do if this patient came in’
because what are the chances my clearing person is a radiographer I’m thinking it may just be general like ‘ why pick radiographer’ and ‘ why Cardiff university’

Anyways can someone help me this. Thanks!

Question about NDT in UK

I am 19 starting my medical imaging degree in the UK. At the end of my 3 year degree I want to work as a radiographer and switch to NDT afterwards. I have researched and apparently it is possible to change careers from a radiographer involving x rays to a similar role like NDT.

My knowledge is limited about NDT because I just discovered it recently but it seems exciting and I would like to work in motorsport.

I was planning on working as a radiographer for 2 years after my degree then try and pursue NDT afterwards. I acknowledge it may take additional years of study but from what I’ve researched it said only about 1-2 years study/work experience and hopefully I can be an NDT.

Is this pathway possible?

Help with my prediction.

So for Paper 1 AQA I estimate I got like 65-70, paper 2 like 50-55 and paper 3 like 70.

But like this is harsh marking as well and I always take off 4 marks from a 16 marker cuz ik my 16 markers weren’t perfect.

I’m pretty sure I got at least a B I hope 😬, but I really want an A. What do u guys think
