Law Firm Investigations for possible securities fraud…

Alright, several days ago I posted about my positions in ALHC (which I still hold).

The stock is volatile, no doubt, and there has been immense selling pressure due to an ongoing investigation.

Friday (14 Aug) the stock made a decent single day recovery, and I was hoping for momentum into Monday. But right before the markets opened, the law firm (or a law firm involved) posted a press release that had the words (thereabouts), “…broadening the investigation/expanding the investigation…”. Those words caught my eye, and maybe the eye of other investors and most of Monday’s action was negative.

But today, I see no record of that “expanding/broadening the investigation” article. It’s as if it was removed/deleted, etc.

Why would a law firm pull that kind of article back?

I’m a suspicious person and wonder if it has to do with the wording affecting stock prices, and something being wrong with that…

School me up, please.

Disclosing my ALHC positions for accountability.

I’m holding two positions in the stock, both un-levered and long.

Position 1: 16k shares @ $13.83
Position 2: 16k shares @ $14.65

Thesis: Continued and sustained growth, coupled with tech-advantaged efficiencies mostly unique to their model, ALHC’s P/E ratio will stay in the 50-100 range. As earnings continue to grow, so shall the price and the stock will be trade >$20 within 1-2 years.
