Stopped at a random card shop while driving up north for the weekend. They had the kits for 40$ so I scooped one and this was my promo. So stokked! Been wanting this for a min.
I opened a EOE (Idk why but I like EOE) booster yesterday and pulled this. It's my first mythical and even if I love it whatever it's worth in play or sell, I don't know what the community think about this one
For once I was the lucky one. My brother-in-law have the tradition that we gift us „older“ magic packs for occasions like birthday, christmas and so on. He got me a pack of Double Masters as a belated happy birthday gift and got this beauty. Was shaking for like 5 minutes straight, because I couldn’t believe it. Was thinking about buying it but nevermind then.
Bought two scene sets and each one had a stone inside, let’s go!!!

Context, I bought two CB of the spiderman set when it dropped and pulled a thanos fist soul stone.
Chasing that high I bought one after the other, a total of 7 CB of super heroes so far
Have pulled zero mindstones in any art variant
Opened my box and on the 10th pack the mind stone showed itself!
Was so tempted to open the rest but stoppee myself after opening a few more and only getting dud mythics.
Me and my wife were sonshocked when we pulled it!
I instantly ran back into the store for a hard sleeve
Nearly half the pack was same or similar cards.
Kids wanted some TMNT cards so thought I'd grab the lonely last pack of LOTR for a first time.

I’m a huge fallout and marvel fan and my coworkers got me into magic about a week before the marvel pre release, I decided to trade in some old Pokemon cards I had sitting in a binder for a Collectors Booster box and pulled this!
They sold me a pack at the listed price for 4 bucks :)
They say stop buying packs and just buy singles, foundations has been awesome. I promise this is my last pack.

Her hot streak continues. She pulled these for me out of a Marvel CB. She also pulled a Cyclonic Rith and Emeritus of Woe for her little brother out of a Strixhaven CB. Its like this every time. Im done opening my own packs.
