I'm going through topical steroid withdrawal. I get so fucking frustrated when people say it isn't real. Esp doctors. You have to be so fucking stupid to not see what's happening. I've been through TSW for 2.5 years now and I consider myself not healed yet, it's getting better after stopping the steriods. Don't even leave out the mental and physical damage. First of all, I'm not allergic to anything. It started with a little rash on my body when I was about 6 and I used topical steroids as prescribed by dermatologists and doctors. Doctors prescribed it as eczema. Over the years the rash or eczema came back stronger in different places. So I got prescribed stronger steroids. Eventually the steriods stopped working and the rash was literally everywhere. Head to toes. As a female, all your hair falls off. TSW is a lot different from eczema. The symptoms are a lot different and it's literally all over the body. Feels like living hell. It's literally people who are in pain and screaming to be heard and getting ignored by medical professionals. The problem is: the people who are supposed to help you got you sick in the first place and dismiss you when they see the aftermath. Of course you go online to find people who go through the same thing!
