What would you do?

I have a 2013 Kia Sportage 2.4L. ACs not working on the car at all.

I thought it was the refrigerant but I bought a bottle with a gauge and it was already in the green so I think it’s fine.

The fan in front by the radiator and condenser isn’t spinning but I was told by my uncle that it doesn’t always spin.

The black part of my compressor isn’t spinning and I’m thinking that this is the problem but I’m not sure what’s causing it to not spin

I also want to note that the AC does blow air but it’s not cold. Based on the info I provided, what do you think I should do?

I used Apollo for years but stopped paying for it a year and a half ago because of all the issues I was facing. Got a text saying “Fixed buffering and content issues”. As of right now, how true is this?
