On-Time Arrival

I understand from the help system that we are considered “on time” as long as we arrive before the LATER of these two times:

A) the stated arrival time before accepting the offer
B) 25 minutes after we _accepted_ the offer.

So in other words, let’s say I’m 23 minutes away from the store, I see an offer that says pick up at 11:00 and it’s now 10:55 - if I accept that order, I’ll be counted as “on time” as long as I arrive at/before 11:20.

My question is, is the app smart enough to not give me offers if there’s no possible way to get there in time, or does it assume my car is a Cessna and it’s up to me to do the math and not accept if I can’t arrive on time?

The problem is I’m often 30-40 minutes out from the store when I make my last drop-off and I see good offers while driving back to the store but I’m afraid to accept them because I know I can’t be on time and then somebody else gets them. I’m just wondering if I’m being overly cautions and the app won’t penalize me for taking an offer that they should have known not to offer me, or if they’ll let me screw myself over?

Late night walking spots

Any good places for going for a walk/jog at night? The Valle Crucis Park or the big park behind the county recreation center on State Farm are good spots but they’re both posted with a lot of “closes at dusk” signage. So basically, question is, where “doesn’t” close at dusk? There’s too many people milling around to really enjoy it on campus or around King St, and the greenway trail is a little too sketchy for nighttime.

When I’ve completed a delivery and it asks “how did this delivery go”, if I do thumbs down then it lets me put a reason why.

If I put something like “house number not visible from road” or “driveway had potholes so deep I blew a tire” or whatever (that’s never happened, I’m just trying to think of examples) does that get back to the customer so they can do something better next time, or no? Or to the store so they can blacklist them?
