So i went to the doctor Monday and was told i had chronic constipation and needed a clean out with hard laxatives and then to get regular again i needed to use mirafast chews 3x a week starting next Monday, i did the clean out Tuesday and had a decent bowl movement thursday but i haven’t pooped since thursday and it’s now saturday 6pm. i was wondering if i should just hold out till monday or take a mirafast now?

to answer the guide just incase even tho i dont think it’s relevant to the post:

currently just constipation
no nausea etc
started 3 months ago
no medications
no SA

So, i (20F) am living with my parents because i recently had to move out of my boyfriend’s place because we broke up. My parents are very religious but i myself am not and im unsure if i believe in the paranormal but i’ve had some experiences that are making me wonder if i should believe and i want other peoples opinions on whether or not these are paranormal. The first thing happened Sunday night it was like 2-3ish am and i had gotten up to use the bathroom, our house is built kind of weird so you have to go through this long hallway to get to the bathroom and the lights in that hallway aren’t currently working.

So i was walking down this hallway and i saw a man that was identical to my father walk into the bathroom and shut the door, i thought it was weird since i didn’t see him walking in front of me but i assumed it was just because it was dark so i got to the door and knocked but he didn’t respond so i tried the doorknob and it was unlocked, when i opened the door there was no one in the bathroom.

While in the bathroom doing my business i heard someone walking up and down the hallway and when i left the bathroom i didn’t see anyone, the second thing happened yesterday when i was outside in the backyard i saw a black cat run into the yard and before i could get to it it disappeared i swear to god literally straight disappeared like it ran into the fence and boom gone. The last thing was today like an hour ago i was lying in my bed with my back to the wall scrolling and i felt the bed dip like someone had sat on it and someone caress my hair i fucking jumped and turned around and there was NO ONE THERE i almost screamed i left the room and i haven’t gone back in there im waiting on my parents to get home so i can tell them what happened but im lowkey freaked out.

She didn’t really explain how i should eat immediately after the clean out so i googled and it said bland foods like toast and scrambled eggs for 2 days and then i can gradually start to eat vegetables and light proteins, i can do bland foods but i don’t have money right now so i cant go and buy vegetables and im currently staying with my parents and all they have currently is frozen fried foods and a lot of other unhealthy stuff. They don’t really care about all this so they’re not going to go buy what i need, so what should i do?
