I am looking for someone who can help me pick out siding colors and coordinating brick for the foundation of my house and render a drawing using the monogram colors. Does anyone know someone who does this for a reasonable price? I’m in North Jersey but I guess it doesn’t really matter. It could be someone anywhere. It’s a very big decision and I am frozen. I want to update the house and will eventually do new landscape.
I want to add some stone or brick to the bottom third of my vinyl siding house.
Has anyone used thin brick veneer?
I have 2steps that will need whatever I use to match and I think because the veneer is so much thinner it would be an easier job. I don’t know which is better and if I should use panels or individual pieces. North Jersey weather conditions. There are a lot of brands and I don’t know of they are all pretty much comparable. Any suggestions. It is not a DIY project.
My husband is turning 65 in September. He is on my health insurance and I will continue to work for the next five years. I am a public school teacher in NJ. Does he still have to sign up for Medicare now? Will he get some kind of penalty if he doesn’t?
I need to replace my siding;it’s cracked and faded. I’m having a hard time choosing a profile and color. I’m probably going to use Certainteed. I know I can’t do blue because my neighbor just did blue. I’d like to also put some stone along the foundation maybe or around the garage. I need some new landscaping too. Can someone show me what it could look like? I would really appreciate it. I want to bring it out of the 90’s.

I think I’m going to go with Certainteed, but I can’t visualize what it would look like with maybe some stone and something to break up that big expanse by the peak. Even though if there is a no smoking policy in the building, I have tenants complaining that they smell smoke and marijuana. Has anyone had success installing some kind of smoke or marijuana detector? I pretty much believe I know who’s doing it and I’m not even sure if having the detector will help me prove who’s doing it. I live 30 minutes away so by the time I got there to knock on the door, it would be too late.
I’m not sure if this chimney needs to be a total rip down and rebuild or just a new crown re-pointing and waterproofing. It’s double the price to redo the whole chimney. I keep getting different opinions. I’m not sure how long a repair would last this project really pains me because my dad was a mason but he passed and I can’t ask his advice anymore.
