For all you players who use negative reinforcement towards players when they make a mistake…

this toxic behaviour often leads to people getting in there own head which often times lead to the mistakes compounding.

very rarely have i played in a game where opponent’s being overly negative, has resulted in the perpetrator playing better.

Everyone in this game makes mistakes multiple times per game and i find the best way to stop them is to not highlight it aggressively and keep the vibes up in the party.

i have definitely been the one spouting the negative comments in the past, and the receiving the negative reinforcement from a teammate, but i have seen the results from those actions and try to avoid doing it now.

Advice regarding 1.5 year employment gap due to medical issue.

Hi guys

Been unemployed except for a few under the table jobs I helped friends / friends of friends with. I am a corporate/tax lawyer in practice.

I last worked in February 2025 officially. Since e then I have had major cornea surgery to fix an issue with my eyes and my vision is considered legally blind prior to correction (contacts / glasses). My optometrist has foamy given me the okay to start wearing glasses / contacts again so I can foamy actually work again after this correction.

My issue is that i feel like if I disclose a major medical issue, then one that is seemingly recovered now, they may look o at that as a possible liability and it willl hurt my chances of being hired.

Another proton I have considered would be to just stretch the truth relating to the side jobs I did over the last year and a half, provide a client or two as a reference and use that to fill the employment gap as well.

Also open to other ideas lol.

What do you guys think is my best ootto n in an interview resume?

Funny store about Cole Tumarino who we picked up at 140OA

I was taking the train home today and got seated next to this lovely family who was on there way to Chicago to see there cousins and they were telling me that one of the cousins best friends was Cole Tumarino who was supposed to be drafted today.

Obviously we were draft tracking the whole ride and unfortunately I had to get off the train before he got picked up by Colorado today but I had been joking with them that I really hope we pick him up. And it happened!

Cole was ranked #112 and was supposed to be a big body defensemen. I don’t know much else about him but it was a funny coincidence.

Anyone got any more info on this guy?
