I'm honestly losing my mind with this setup and hoping someone has seen this before.

My setup is:

• PS4
• Astro A40 headset
• Elgato Chat Link Pro
• Generic 4K HDMI capture card
• OBS

The issue is that if I set my PS4's "Output to Headphones" to Chat Audio, OBS gets game audio just fine.

But if I set it to All Audio, I can hear everything perfectly through my headset, but OBS gets absolutely nothing. No game audio, no mic audio.

Here's what's driving me crazy:

• The capture card video works fine.
• The headset works fine.
• I replaced my old Amazon Chat Link cable with a brand new Chat Link Pro.
• Same exact problem.
• This setup worked a few months ago.

I've spent days troubleshooting this and I'm honestly out of ideas.

Has anyone run into a situation where Chat Audio works, but All Audio completely kills the audio going to OBS?

At this point I'm trying to figure out if it's:

• the PS4 controller jack,
• the capture card's audio input,
• a PS4 setting,
• or something else I'm not even thinking of.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
