8 weeks smoke free and on the way to becoming a quit coach

I'm so proud of myself and have never been this healthy or happy.

No weight gain, and almost able to run 5k. Enrolled in a gym instructor course as the gym became my new addiction. The plan is to specialise in menopausal women and ex smokers wanting to change their lives through strength and fitness. Starting the process of becoming a volunteer for the local stop smoking service with a end goal of becoming a Coach. No offence to the lady who's been mine, but bless her she's never smoked and I believe you need to know the pain and misery of quitting yourself to truly understand the strength it takes to quit.

For those struggling, please know it gets so so good. Life gets so much better. I know I'll always be at risk of relapse but every day I make a choice to live.

This group has been invaluable in supporting the process. We are all warriors x

Alanis gig at Powderham Castle

I'm super excited about seeing God Herself next month but a little unsure about travel costs on a very tight budget.

I'm thinking getting the train from Exeter to Starcross then walking but I've never been to the venue and tend to flap if I don't know where I'm going.

Can anyone offer advice please? How long is the walk? Is it signposted? Any hints and tips gratefully received. Thanks
