Could you rank the grading slabs from least respected to most respected?

Hi everyone,
I have these 1960-P Roosevelt dimes that come encapsulated as MS70 by SGS (with the “America’s Grading” label).
The problem is that they don’t look like MS70 at all. They have visible wear, spots, and generally look like circulated or low-grade coins. I’m really confused how they received the highest possible grade (MS70 is supposed to be perfect with no defects).

I have a 2017-D Lincoln Cent. On the reverse, in the upper left corner of the Shield there’s a mark I’ve never seen before.
I’m new to coin collecting.
Can someone give me some info on whether this is an error or not?

What do you think — genuine mint error or just post-mint damage (PMD)?

Hey everyone, I’ve been hunting for error coins in quarters and came across this one with what look like 3 die cracks on the reverse.
I’m pretty new to this and not 100% sure if these are actual die cracks or just damage/post-mint issues. Could you guys help me confirm?
