iPhone 6 & iPad Air 2
These two devices was what I saw when I was 12. It's crazy that I have these now.
iPhone 6 (128GB, Gold) - iOS 8.0
iPad Air 2 (16GB, Space Grey) iOS 8.1.3

I have an iPhone 6 running iOS 8.0. Problem is I forgot my Apple ID. Good news is that it's activated, no passcode, and is already made it past the setup phase. Question is: if I turn on my wifi, will this thing deactivate? If so, what triggers it? And is there a way to save activation records while being offline?
Does iOS 8 activation error happen generally to A8 and A8X devices or does the Wi-Fi iPad excluded?
Is it just me or is it that my iPad won’t activate on iPhone OS 3.2? I tried attempt activation but for some reason didn’t work. It just says “Activation server reports error”. Does anyone also have this problem?
I did try to get it down to the tone. Did I do well?
Hello, everyone! This is a long time coming for me. I've been in this subreddit for a little while now, lurking. And I think I've gathered enough experience and courage to try and regain my country's past because it's slowly fading away in real-time.
Jailbreak is part of our country's history (The Philippines) without it, we won't be able to put our local SIM (Globe and Smart) inside the iPhone 2G when our OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) relatives would take it from the US and import it to our country. Without jailbreaking, we won't be able to put AppStore apps and sideload it because Apple, back in the day, is not even accepting PHP. It became our symbol of unity.
It is this exact history that I want to digitalize in my channel "PH iOS Historian". I am not looking for views, nor do I gain anything from this. But I want to reach out to everyone of you in this subreddit: will you please give me your blessing so I can tackle this part of my history when I eventually got an iPhone 2G running its original firmware? And if it's not too much of a bother, will you also help me gain more knowledge?
