Samsung phone is accessible after reset, but Google FRP still blocks me from adding an account — any advice?

I have a Samsung phone that was factory reset, and FRP is still active. I was able to get through the setup and access the home screen, but whenever I try to add or sign into a Google account, it takes me to the “Verify your account” screen and asks for a Google account that was previously synced to the device.
The phone itself is fully accessible, but Google services are still locked behind FRP. Has anyone dealt with this situation before, where you can access the home screen but FRP is still active?

Anyone else having super slow Verizon service?

I’m not sure what’s going on, but Verizon service has been acting really weird lately. I’m in an area with Ultra Wideband coverage, but websites are still loading super slow or sometimes not loading at all. It honestly doesn’t make any sense. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
