AITAH for feeling like my mother snuck behind my back?

My eighteenth birthday is coming up and a few weeks ago my mother invited two of her friends to the night of my first drink.

These two friends are alright and I'm friends with them but I personally didn't see them there at my first drink - I only wanted friends I trusted personally and family.

AITAH for telling my mother I didn't want them there? She got defensive after the fact, claiming that since I was okay with them in a controlled environment (just at our house) then I should be okay with them out in such a (and this is my perspective) uncontrolled and unpredictable environment.

I feel kind-of betrayed, like she did this without ever asking while my brother, who never asks first, actually asked if he could invite his girlfriend along which I agreed to.
