KakoBuy 870$ parcels value, My two parcels are stuck since more than one month. I’ve opened dispute

I ordered with KakoBuy, buying assurance for my two parcels who have big value.

It’s now 37 days of transit with the IOSS DHL line (China > Germany > France)

I was fighting every days with the KakoBuy agents who was giving me same automatic answers. One day my parcel is blocked at Shenzen, another day it’s stuck at the customs.

I’ve opened dispute on PayPal for the two parcels and I ask charge back to my bank for the items who still are under KakoBuy and order in process.

After that KakoBuy block my account. I say to KakoBuy I will close all the dispute and reclamation if they send me proof about my two parcels from their logistics.

If not I will wait all the refund from PayPal and my French bank.

PLEASE DON’T USE KAKOBUY, I will not use anymore. It’s shame to not give resolution with such big items value and parcels assurance

870$ Parcels values with no updates / I’ve opened dispute

KakoBuy agents send me automatic messages since more than one months about my two parcels who have no update (37 days of transit) (last update at Shenzen)

I’ve opened dispute to have my money back and the just block my account. I tell them that I will not close the dispute until I have real informations about what happened to my parcels.
