Hi everyone!
We're currently recruiting drivers for the REZØNANCE Racing League and are looking for both full-time and reserve drivers to join our Sunday championship.
The idea behind REZØNANCE is simple.
There are plenty of leagues out there, but we wanted to build one where respect, consistency and good racecraft matter more than outright pace. Whether you're competing for wins or simply trying to improve each week, you're welcome here if you race fairly and contribute positively to the community.

Driver Assessment
Before joining the grid, every new driver completes a short assessment.
It's not a pace test.
We're simply looking for drivers who can:
- Race cleanly
- Overtake safely
- Defend fairly
- Show awareness around other drivers
- Maintain a stable internet connection

At the end of the season we'll also recognise our top performers with cash prizes:

REZØNANCE RACING | COMMENTATOR RECRUITMENT
As we continue building the league, we're looking to add a second commentator to our broadcast team.
Our aim is to create professional, engaging race broadcasts that the whole community can enjoy. Rather than having a single commentator carrying every race, we'd like to build a strong duo that can work together throughout the season.
A good commentary team brings much more to a broadcast. One commentator can focus on the action while the other adds insight, statistics, championship storylines and analysis. It creates a more natural viewing experience and takes the pressure off both commentators, allowing them to bounce off each other and make every race more enjoyable for viewers.
We're looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Formula 1 and motorsport.
Is confident speaking live.
Can work well with another commentator.
Is reliable and committed.
Wants to help build something long-term.
Is open to sharing ideas and continuously improving the broadcasts.
The role isn't just about race day either. We'd love someone who enjoys contributing ideas for the streams, graphics, interviews, race recaps and the overall presentation of the league.
If you prefer working alone, we're also interested in hearing from you.
Even if a commentary duo isn't the right fit, we're looking for a backup commentator who can step in whenever one of our main commentators is unavailable. Reliability is incredibly important to us, and having someone ready to cover broadcasts ensures our community never misses out on a professionally commentated race.

⚖️ REZØNANCE RACING | STEWARD RECRUITMENT
We're looking for 3 dedicated Race Stewards to join the REZØNANCE Racing team.
As we continue building the league before launch, we're putting together a professional stewarding team to ensure every race is judged fairly, consistently and without bias.
You do NOT need to race in the league.
You do NOT need to own the F1 26 game or DLC.
If you have a good understanding of racing rules, fair racing and can review incidents objectively, we'd love to hear from you.

⚖️ Review reported race incidents
🎥 Analyse replays and onboard footage
📝 Deliver fair and consistent steward decisions
📋 Apply penalties using our official Steward Handbook
🤝 Help maintain a respectful and competitive racing environment

Previous stewarding experience is a bonus, but not essential. Full guidance and our Steward Handbook will be provided.
