I have 2 exhaust fans (computer fans) I change the speed depending upon the time of day(normally on high)
I have mini carbon filters on the outside of the exhaust fans, I know it won’t do much, but it’s to help.
I have 1 intake fan
I have 3 fans inside that circulate air
Humidifier that keeps the humidity right
Average temp 70-78 F
Average rh Day:60-64% Night58-62%
Temp may drop to 67-68 at night (idk im sleeping)
Soil:Happy frog (Fox farms)
Watering PH: 6.3 occasionally with slight amount of cal mag, no feed since the first I’ve done like 2 weeks ago
Nutrients: Lotus (Calmag)
Lights: Spider farmer SF1000d 100Watt
Vipar P700 70Watt
SB1 is on day 59 or 40 Veg, and SB2 is on day 55 or 36 in veg
SB 1 in 3 gallon fabric pot
SB2 is in a 1 gallon plastic pot
Didn’t have enough soil for second plant to be up potted
Planning on getting more soil but idk how long I have until it would be root bound, i have no clue if it is or not, I plan to get fox farms ocean forest.
SB1 was watered yesterday(375 slight calmag water)
SB2 was watered yesterday (125ml of part cal mag water)

How do I get rid of fungus gnats? What why could they be in/around my plant?
Attached pictures are my plants, fabric pot is 1 and plastic pot is 2, they both have some leaf damage and I was trying to figure out what it was from, obviously some pest.
Today I seen a little red bugger flying around and with a little google search, it looks like a fungus gnat. What can I do?? I plan to wipe the inside with iso to clean it, but how can I kill them off from the soil, and make sure they don’t reproduce without killing my plants too

In my setup, I have a spider farmer sf1000d aswell as a vipar p700. I was wondering, would I be better off using the sf1000d until flower, then use the second one?
Would it be best to run both?
What can I gain, and or lose from running both, and what do I gain vs lose running just the sd1000d?
I wanna lower the heat and things to worry about in my tent, and I think just 1 light might help that? I’m having enough problems with my plants.

She’s been having what seems to be a whole bunch of problems the last few days
I’ve been giving her bottled water, she’s about 25ish days old from seed, she’s been really droopy and sad the last few days
I’ve been trying to let it try, then water again, to see if that was the issue

My temp is on par atm, not to say it always is, because it fluctuates, but I adjust the humidity with the temp as it changes, I have a new exhaust fan and circulation fan coming tmr.
I just gave her PHed water for the first time, could that be the issue? (Not the accrete PH watering, but the lack there of)
I PHed the water I was using, and it was about 7.1ish so I believe that’s high
My light is a spider farmer sf1000d and it’s about 16-18 inches away, not sure the % but it gives off 450 PPFD, my light schedule is 18:6

She’s been drooping the last few days, I’ve been laying off on watering until it’s dry, to make sure I didn’t over water. The leaves at the top are getting this look on them though, what could it be? Or am I just over thinking it
Also I know the drooping is bad, I just moved my lights away to make sure it wasn’t the cause cuz it was close, on a low %
I don’t completely know when it popped up, I think about 3 days ago. But this cut on my leaf appeared, I see no bugs, fan is blowing on the plant, the rest of it looks fine, it’s only this leaf and only this plant, my other one looks fine right next to it
I wasn’t really worried about it, but it’s starting to discolor the leaf, do I just pluck it? Or what should I do

I built a 32in x 26 in x 58 in grow box, I have a SF1000D aswell as a Vipar P700
The smaller plant is using the P700 on 75% and is receiving 450PPFD and 18/6 light schedule
The bigger plant is using the SF1000D is on 40% and is getting the same PPFD.
