I sent a request to my Strata manager for a Form B. Several days later I was told I needed to create an account on this "Dye & Durnam eStrata" website. On that site there are a number of attachments listed that I can request, all of which I thought were to be included in "Form B". So I have no idea what to select in addition to make sure the package actually includes what I need. The lender only told me to request "Strata Form B".

Also there is a processing charge on this website in addition to the maximum $35 Stratas are allowed to charge for the document. Which goes into a few hundred dollars if I request it for 10 business days after today's date. Which is already 5 business days since I made my request.

My questions are:

-Can I opt out of trying use this self directed website and just stand by my request to the property management to provide me with these documents? I want to make sure the form and attachments expected are all included.

-When does the 7 day count begin after I make my initial request? What happens if they don't provide the form?
