I recently had DJS and the CT showed that my airway minimum area went from about 200mm^2 to 285 and they told me it’ll continue to open up as the swelling goes down. I had mild sleep apnea, and my sleep feels better and I’ve stopped snoring entirely!

Curious how much airway improvement other folks had and how your sleep is now.

Also did cardio/fitness improve? I run and lift and would love to see some improvements there as well!
