Property tax exemption after death - Illinois
Relocating to Illinois soon. I am retiring, 100% P&T, and am aware of the property tax exemption. My question is this:
In Illinois, does anyone know If the property tax exemption still applies for the spouse after I pass?
We are working on estate planning and are curious.
