Over $1M listing in Fairmount.
Am I super out of touch with real estate or is this utterly insane?

When there’s no room for a SpongeBob and an F1 tribute in the 6 car garage, times must be tough
My 6 year old was happy in YMCA camp most of this summer but as of this morning is refusing to continue there even though we've booked her through the end of next week. To avoid the daily meltdown and screaming and to avoid losing our jobs staying home all day with kiddo, anyone know of any short notice day camp options where we can drop in for a few days a week? Not expecting any real options but figured I'd at least see if we're missing something.
Did a couple minor touches to hide named locations that’d make it easy to google
Just booked a lovely spot with good reviews in Montreal for what I assume will be the grand prix weekend next year (F1 calendar hasn't been officially announced, but I wanted to get a spot early).
After confirming the booking, the host sent a change request that more than doubled the nightly rate and explained that he "meant" to update the pricing for the grand prix weekend but hadn't.
What are my options here? I declined the request and still officially have the booking, but from what I've read even with any penalties he might face he can just cancel my reservation and book it for a ton of money through VRBO or similar.
Can I negotiate a sort of middle ground with the host? I really like the place and wouldn't mind paying a bit more since bookings during the GP weekend are insanely priced, but since this is his mistake for making it available at a lower price maybe he'll meet me in the middle? Or just find another place entirely and hope for the best?
I’m in the middle of Montreal with great reception and set Canada as my roaming destination. However, my iPhone is barely making it to 0.6 mb/s download no matter what and loading anything is a mission. What am I missing?
Will be in Montreal this weekend for the GP, but for the first time in my ~25 years attending it overlaps with the 500. Looks like Indy starts just as the F2 feature race is ending on Sunday, so I'll be at the track. Besides huddling somewhere and watching on my phone, anyone in town have any idea on the best place(s) around the track to watch the 500? Maybe some of the teams in the support paddock will have it on a big screen?
