Let that sink in. Btw, I liked Trouba here and felt he got unfairly maligned. That said, he was not an 8 mil defenseman aside from 1 season here. He has a strong season on the Ducks, and at age 32, gets a bump on his AAV. For 4 years. This market is crazy.
Has anybody read it yet? I recieved it for Father’s Day. Halfway through, enjoying it a lot. Very casually written. Kim seems like a level headed guy. Some of his thoughts are a bit redundant and maybe he could’ve used a better editor. One minor complaint is Kims frequent assertion that Soundgarden was NOT a metal or hard rock band, and his frustrating it was when they were coming up and labels would try to shoehorn them in as such. I love soundgarden, they’re eclectic, diverse but at the end of the day they’re very much a hard rock band. How can you listen to BMF and not think they’re at least hard rock adjacent. And then in the photo sections, there’s Kim with Ozzy, Metallica, jimmy page…anyway, all in all recommended, especially since we never got a definitive Soundgarden book.
