My water pressure is starting to drop and I’m not sure how to increase it. The grey knob directly under the 1.5 bar sticker doesn’t move with the knob anymore I’ve tried to get a pliers and turn it that way but pressure doesn’t increase. I’ve attached some pictures. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
As the title suggests, my mortgage rate will be expiring roughly this time next year. I have two outstanding loans that are going to be paid off in ~3/4 years time. The mortgage balance will be 245k at time of renewal and the combined value of the loans are €450pm. How much can I realistically expect this to impact the amount I can get? Are there any calculations I can do myself to figure this out or any specific calculators that are recommended?
