Today I got yelled at by my mom and my uncle, the only two people who I love and I'm I was sure they love me too. The reason why is I'm a hothead and I'm too snippy with people.

Now I'm in bed crying, I'm trying to use the coping skills I learned in therapy but I can't seem to stop. All I want to do is escape. I want to live away from all the triggers and the sounds and the yelling. I hate complicated relationships and I hate navigating social situations. I just want to live away from everybody so I can't be angry anymore.
