My partner received this email and to me it stands out to all her other emails as you can see the title text of "update your payment info" is different to all her other emails, im an android user and I have never been threatened with all my data being deleted if I dont update in 24hrs.. feels kind of sus holding you at ransom to panic rush a payment?
I Just had my op yesterday, and got home late last night they wouldn't let leave till the bleeding slowed. And when I was leaving it picked up again they said it was due to moving around but hasn't stopped all night. I have been using the wipes they gave me to soothe it as its messy and sore I must have used 10 pads on my nose having to keep replacing them, I cant sleep at all sat up straight my head tilts either back or forth so the bleeding continues ( how long do we need to be sat up right to sleep?) I did ask not long after I woke up but cant remember. I feel very congested as we cant blow our nose im sniffing up to and trying to spit it out ( grose I know sorry ) tbh I don't think I should be doing that, my nose feels so blocked and congested the solution is not getting through they told me to spray it up then spit out but its just falling out my nose.. Set all my alarms for the medication. My two front teeth and roof of mouth and gums around the area also tingle and ache. I put a cold wet paper towel over my nose , is that the correct cold item? Lol. They said to take paracetamol but I'm going add inflammatory ibuprofen also. Thanks for any advice Id appreciate it :)
