How is it done – cold stratification? Scarification? Bottom heat?

Just found out that the reason all my pacus are glum is that feeding them isn't enough to make them happy any more. My surf-'n'-turf supply chain has collapsed, and the radiation protection along with it. What's the technique for cheering them up?

Or have people switched to pokeshells and rad pills?

Just came up with this use for solids that isn't pixels. Anyone got more to share?

Could anyone advise on how to reshape fiber-tip pens, like whiteboard markers? I've been trying to cut the chisel to make them square like a broad reed or metal pen. It seems like something that people must obviously do but they keep cracking and splitting and fraying when I try it.
