To everyone running small businesses please be extra careful while using Uber Parcel.
Today, my customer's pattu fabric parcel went missing after the Uber driver stopped responding. Called countless times, no response.
What hurts even more is Uber customer support being completely irresponsible and unhelpful during this situation.
