Did anyone else get the email about the loans being delayed?

"We want to let you know about an important update regarding your federal student loan(s). Due to recent federal regulatory changes from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, your loan disbursement may be delayed into the beginning of the fall semester."

UGH. I mean the loans on my account say the disbursement is 8/21. Anyone else get this email?

Starting to get concerned about Fall 2026 Financial Aid

I've talked to admissions, emailed financial aid, and have tried calling financial aid SEVERAL times (they put you on hold and do not answer the phone). The email said they are dealing with One Big Beautiful Bill, which is why the student loans haven't shown on Student Center, but this is getting concerning. Any updates on whether the loans will show up prior to the semester? Does anyone see their loans on the Student Center yet? I have accepted them and done the MPN and ELN on Fasfa. This is giving me anxiety.

Panic Attack after using the bathroom

Does anyone get panic attacks after bowel movements? I took Miralax a few hours ago and now the panic attack is here. Is it related? I keep telling myself it's not a heart attack. My heart rate is 90 bpm resting and I'm getting occasional arm twitches

Best supplements for anxiety?

What supplements have helped you with panic attacks and anxiety? What time of day do you take them? I've been taking Nac, Vitamin B 12 folate acid, and vitamin d3 in the morning and it seems to help.

Severe Health Anxiety

Why does ChatGPT say anxiety is a symptom weeks before a heart attack will occur for women? I have extreme health anxiety, and I've been having dull left arm discomfort today, and I woke up with slight pain on the left side of my chest. My oximeter says my BPM is 78. I'm going through a divorce battle right now, and I've been very stressed. I also work on the computer all day, so my upper back is strained. I'm so sick of going to the doctor for this.

Recommendations for a good divorce lawyer needed

Hi, I'm desperately trying to leave an abusive relationship, and I have a restraining order against the guy. I filed for divorce, but he is trying to make me pay half his debts even though we separated (not legally, but a restraining order was granted) shortly after we married. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good divorce attorney in Santa Clara County? I feel like he is intentionally trying to get me to back out of it and I absolutely will not.

Fall 2026 Student Loans and Financial Aid

Is anyone else having trouble getting through to financial aid? My Fall 2026 loans haven't been posted yet, and I've completed everything necessary on Fasfa. My grants, however, were posted. I've been trying day after day to get a hold of someone in the financial aid office, but I keep being put on hold for hours no matter what time I call. Is there no one in the office? Anyone know if the loans will be posted soon?

Heart Attack VS Stroke VS Panic Attack

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this subreddit, but I need reassurance. I've been driving my boyfriend CRAZY because I've had a sudden shift in anxiety lately, and I've been experiencing severe health anxiety. I keep going to urgent care and the ER thinking I'm dying or having a stroke or heart attack. I tend to get panic attacks so bad I nearly faint, and it's all recent. I had a health scare, and I've never been the same. The doctors are always saying I'm healthy, and my heart looks good, but I keep thinking I'm dying. I can't take it anymore; it's completely debilitating. I sometimes get pains in my left arm, light chest pain, etc. However, I also suffer from constipation and acid reflux. Whenever I get a slight pain, I think I need to go to the ER because I'm afraid I'm dying. How can I stop going to the ER and driving my boyfriend insane? Like, what symptoms are 100% heart attack or stroke? Btw, I'm 39, 136lb, F, 5'3".

Edit: I'm having a panic attack right now right after I felt a dull pain in my chest. How do I get out of this?
