New Physics are Bangin' Mate
I don't normally post shite like this but I just wanted to say that if you're a controllist (controller user) and struggling with the new physics then try to stick with it! I'm on a controller and was struggling to even post a clean lap of Daytona 24hr.
Admittedly, I was doing the Power Pack historic race there in the Ford GT (the slowest pre-made car) and I have always struggled with the circuit anyway, but Christ in a racecar was I struggling. However, lapping and lapping during the practice session slowly let me get used to the new fisiks. After utilising the full hour of the practice sesh, during the qualifying sesh it suddenly clicked with me and now I'm absolutely loving the new physics and controller controlling. Poll pos and a race win were not expected during the first half hour of practice, but they both happened! Plus I found that racing side by side with the Sophie 3.0 AI was cleaner, easier and much more exciting now!
Moral of the story - circuit and vehicle practice help. Who knew.
Point of the story - if you're struggling to get a hang of the new fyizics then try treating it like a whole new game. Take time to know her, as they say.
