For Cervical AP Open Mouth, is there some sort of radiolucent ball gag we can use?
Its difficult to stay in that open mouth position. A ball gag would be useful

Wtf? How do people have so much money?
Part of me leans into the historical truth of the death and resurrection, finding solace in the idea that a Creator descended to heal a fallen world and give meaning to our suffering as well as complete victory in the end. The prophecies that have been fulfilled, and even the beast system in revelations that is currently being built are also some things I find to be true.
Yet, I also feel a sharp resentment towards a God who placed me here with so little guidance or support. A God that is all powerful and knowledgeable seems so quiet and passive in my day to day life. Is it really his plan for me to just survive, and never really reach my full potential?
Intellectually, I view the faith as a brilliant cultural coping mechanism evolved to help us handle universal existential crisis. Christianity has changed a lot in 2000 years in all different parts of the world, mostly as a way of helping people deal with suffering. Like a psychological release valve for the masses.
In darker moments, I see God as a narcissistic rapist, where "not my will, but yours be done" becomes the ultimate cosmic violation. This feels validated by a world overrun by slavery, imperialism, environmental exploitation, cultural eradication, modern data violations, psychological social media attention hijacking, big pharma, government psyops, war profiteering, and the infamous Epstein island child sex trafficking, cannibalism and occult rituals. The world seems full of rape because it seems like God is himself, a rapist.
Ultimately, I am constantly navigating this tension between a desire for divine reconnection and a deep-seated frustration and disillusionment with my existence.
Have you Christians felt this way?
People say i should be grateful but deep down, i feel this sense of dread of having to wake up and fulfill responsibilities. Just to barely survive and pay bills, unable to reach my full potential. Unable to reach self actualization. A life of mediocrity isnt something I’m too interested in. If euthanasia was legal, i’d be first in line.
