Anytime fitness AF membership cancellation
Problem/Goal: I want to cancel membership but i have not exceeded the lock in period and i dont really want to pay the 5k fee.
Context: I signed a 12 month contract and im only 2/3 months in, my home gym is a corporate branch (AF alabang westgate), ano usually gagawin nila if you just lock your card and ghost them?
Is it possible they can take legal action or do they just call and message me?
I really dont have the money to pay the 5k cancellation fee and Im just worried what will happen if I ghost them and just block them from my card.
Has anyone been in the same situation? If so, please tell me your experience.
I’m also a student and when signing up they knew that, so for the emergency contact i placed my dads email and phone number, do you think they’d try calling him too?
