Anyone have sleep or nerve changes on Foundayo?

I’m about 3 weeks in. Initially I had very vivid dreams(not bad just vivid), which went away. More recently my sleep has become really disrupted. In fairness I struggle with some level of insomnia but usually it’s waking and being awake for a couple of hours— the big difference is that now I still have that but now I am also waking multiple times and not getting any real good restorative sleep due to waking repeatedly.
I’ve also developed some strange, fleeting electrical/tingling sensations in different areas of my body. I do have a history of neuropathy related to a B1 deficiency, but some of these sensations feel different from my usual symptoms.
Anyone experience either of these a few weeks into Foundayo? If so, did they settle down while you continued taking it?

Foundayo Side Effects

Today is officially one week on Foundayo. I am very medication sensitive and was hesitant to start this journey, but had to do something with insulin resistance and type two diabetes just around the corner. I am on the .8 dose and here are the things I have found. #1 definitely has increased my baseline blood pressure. I normally take 2.5 mg of lisinopril daily, but I’ve had to increase to 5 mg of lisinopril to keep close to the same baseline.#2 noticeable appetite suppression from day, one. Earlier in the week it was more about I would forget to eat which if you’re a person who struggled with their weight their whole life, you can completely appreciate how beautiful that is so I am eating less.#3 vivid dreams and as others report, not in a bad way just memorable. #4 I have neuropathy that I have worked very hard in the last year and a half to improve, and I noticed that this actually keeps my nerve symptoms more quiet most of the time.#5 G.I. symptoms have been moderate up until yesterday where I had some nausea for the first time and just felt like I could not eat#6 I’m having less body pains. #7 this is a big one. The fatigue is overwhelming. I don’t really know how to manage it to the point that it interferes with sometimes being able to function well not saying that I necessarily could lay down and immediately go to sleep, but just no energy and just feel so tired.

I have experimented with the timing of the doses thinking that maybe spreading them out more than 24 hours would help and I will say that when I get towards that 24 hour point I do notice that I start feeling better. Not sure if it’s just a lot for system to take on given all that I’ve been through in the last few years.
I want to make this work. I think it’s the answer. I’ve gained 40 pounds and a period of three years. I will also be honest about something first three days I took the whole pill and with all the symptoms I was having with fatigue, etc. I then went to half a pill now before you come after me and say oh you’re not supposed to cut the pill I am well aware of that, but I did it anyway for me. I didn’t notice any thing that was detrimental by doing that and I was still having benefits although yesterday again was the most that I had in the G.I. area for symptoms.
