Picture on drivers license

Hi, this post is going to sound very shallow lol, but I need to ask.

When I first signed up for my learners permit, and I made a GovID account, I didn't realise that the photo verification for GovID would be what's used on my public service card and drivers license, so I took a really shitty picture of myself for it (seriously, I look awful.) I got my PSC with that picture and when I realised it would be used for my license, I went in person to NDLS and took a much nicer picture for my license and that was fine.

Now my license has expired, and I'm wondering, if I renew it online will they use the original GovID picture? Or the one I went and got taken in person? Or can I renew my license in person to get a better picture?

Thank you 🙏

A question

Hi, I don't watch football a lot so I don't know much about the rules. But I really got into this World Cup and enjoyed watching it.

My question is regarding the red card that Enzo got for flipping Cubarsí. Just for the record, I wanted Spain to win, I live in Spain and I'm very happy they won. But I'm wondering what makes things like that a foul or a red card. Obviously, Cubarsí could have been seriously injured with that flip, and when I watch it in slow motion, it was definitely not a dive, there's no way he could have faked that, he went up in the air from the amount of power hitting him.

So I'm not saying Cubarsí exaggerated it at all, but I'm also asking, it didn't necessarily seem like Enzo meant for that to happen? I understand you can't hurt people even if it was unintentional, but they ran into each other at a high speed, it did look like Enzo tried to pull back a little but they collided anyway. They just seemed to smack into each other at a really unfortunate angle that sent C flying.

I had the same question for Messi when he ran into the other player in the final and got a free kick for it?

If people run into each other accidentally, which is bound to happen at some point, how do they determine that it's a foul? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Does anyone have proof of her deleting pool fence comments?

Just to be clear, not doubting that this happened at all, I believe it did, I've even seen her supporters admit to it happening. But just wondering if anyone has the proof of it? I read a comment that it was on the original snark sub but was deleted after T passed.

I was the other woman and I feel so ashamed

This is going to be really long so apologies in advance. I don't even know if this will post because I just made this account right now because I just need to type this out. I'll probably delete it after anyway, and I'm posting at a weird time where I live so hopefully no one I know sees this, but I'm going to try keep the details somewhat vague.

I started a job a few years ago when I was very early 20's. I was assigned a manager that was exactly 20 years older than me. Literally from the first day I met him he seemed very intrigued by me. I noticed it right away. He was following me around the training room, trying to maintain a conversation with me. I thought he was attractive so I was speaking back to him and enjoying it.

It started to snowball from there, it felt like he was looking for any opportunity to meet with me for 'mentoring purposes' and texting me outside of work, usually related to work but every so often would talk about things outside of work.

After a while he was pretty much showing up to most of my shifts to the point people were noticing this. He even told me one of the other managers pointed it out to him. He would stay a long time to 'mentor' me but it usually ended up being us just talking for a while and he'd always find an excuse to touch me several times, not very sexually but my hand, my leg, my hair etc. We were texting a lot outside of work at this point and talking about personal things. I really was catching feelings for him.

I just want to say, up until this point I did not know or even think he had a partner. I assumed he didn't because it was obvious that we liked each other so I just thought there was no way which was obviously really naive of me. But after a while of this obvious flirting, one night he tells me he has a partner.

I was pretty shocked and didn't know what to think. I asked about their relationship. He said that they had one child together and that they were only still together because of the child. He said that they didn't like each other as people and spent most of their time apart and that she probably cheats on him because she has this male friend she goes out with all the time. He says they haven't even had sex in years because they're so unattractive to each other.

I stupidly believed all of this and I'm so annoyed looking back on it now. And I'm even more ashamed to say that we ended up having sex after this conversation, and multiple times, this went on for a really long time and got even deeper and we were even saying "I love you" to each other. Please believe me when I say I am really embarrassed writing this and I deeply regret what I did.

He was extremely manipulative during this time too. Not about the sex, I knew what I was doing and consented to that. But he played huge mind games with me. Constantly picking fights everyday and taking his love and sex away as a 'punishment' basically. What I mean by that is, if I said something that annoyed him (and it would be something so innocent and simple), he'd start a big fight over it and then would say things like, you're too immature for me, I shouldn't be doing this, I've realised that this is wrong, I'm your manager and I'm much older than you, things like that, and then we'd stop having sex for a week and then he'd meet me again and act like he just couldn't help it, and just do this on repeat, like have sex with me and say the same day that we couldn't do it anymore, week after week. He also stopped saying I love you at some point. I'm honestly not even able to get halfway into all of the manipulation tactics he was using because I could write a book on it, to be honest. I was getting so tired of it.

He also had told me way before this that there was a woman in the job that had tried to kiss him 3 times without his consent. I remember thinking that it seemed a little weird when he told it, I can't give all the details but something didn't seem right about it.

One day I'm on a shift with another woman who was friends with him, they had done shifts together before he became a manager. I knew this and so I start to ask her about him and his life. Well, she ends up telling me his partners name... and that they have more than child together. She didn't know how many, but she knew that they were grown up, the same age as me. I was floored. At this point, I thought I knew everything about this guy, we talked literally all day everyday. I ended up telling her about what was going on, and she was shocked. She told me to be careful of him, and brings up that story of the other worker that tried to kiss him, and says she doesn't believe that story and says there's more to it.

Anyway, at this point I am trying to back off after finding this information out, but I couldn't make it too obvious and he'd know something was wrong. He sends me a picture of something in his house, and I spot something in the background that leads me to finding out his partners work. And with her name and job, I find her pretty easily on social media.

She posts a lot on social media. She has an account on here and I read through all of it. She has other social media's too but I honestly think Reddit is the best place for finding out information because people think they are being more anonymous so they share more.

So I read through everything, and unfortunately, I find out that they have a LOT of kids together. Like, a lot. Not just a few. Not only that, but they're also engaged. Been together for manyyy years. But I actually did see one comment where she said their sex life is dead because he's depressed, so that was one thing he was honest about at least. And most of his kids are literally my age. One of them is a few days younger than me. Two others within around a year or two of my age.

But I think the worst part was that she didn't seem to hate him at all. She actually talks about him quite positively where she mentions him, which isn't much, but calls him nice nicknames and says nice things about him. They have hobbies together. That broke my heart for her. I genuinely believed him when he said that they were only together for their young child (he is a lot younger than the other kids.)

I believed it all and she doesn't know this man she's been with for so long is lying about her and their many kids. But I fucked up so much going through with it at all, even if I thought they had a shitty relationship and one kid, that doesn't matter. I let him cheat on her. I feel sick when I think about it.

At this point I was not having sex with him and trying to avoid him. Not long after finding out this information, I confronted him about it. He tried to pick a fight with me and I was so fed up and over it all at this point that I said I knew what was really going on. He was really freaked out and called me. I could tell he was very nervous. I don't even remember exactly what I said but I remember it seemed like he was trying to do 'damage control' with me essentially. Stopped picking fights after that and acting really nice.

We obviously never had sex again after that. I started dating and keeping him at arms length but he would still text me from time to time and talk. He still texts me now sometimes but I keep it very cool and take a long time to reply. I haven't reached out to his partner to tell her any of this and I don't know what to really do. At this point it's been a few years since it happened. One thing I'll say about his partner is that she seems a little rough and seems like the type to beat me up (he actually told me one time that she would, if she found out) and I know I do deserve that but obviously would rather that didn't happen too.

So yeah, that's the story, idk if this will be posted, sorry it's so long but it felt good to type out anyways. I really am carrying a lot of shame, guilt and embarrassment from this, I feel so bad for her and I don't know why I did it and I'd take it back if I could.

I'm just editing this to add, it's true that I don't really know why I did it because I knew it was bad, but at the time I was incredibly insecure as a person, I was overweight and had bad skin and it had been a while since anyone had paid any kind of attention to me. I look a lot better now and I'm more confident in myself and I'd never accept this kind of relationship now. So I think that's part of the reason why I did it

Editing to add again, sorry, that I have left this job now a few months ago, and I don't have to see him or talk to him again. For the last while of the job he was not my manager anymore anyway but he was for the start and most of the time I was there
