If a foreign citizen with Canadian permanent residency wants to enter the US at a port of entry such as Tampa Bay Florida Cruise terminal or cape Canaveral or Fort Lauderdale, Miami, etc. on a cruise from Mexico/Bahamas to America. can they be denied entry by CBP. and then what? like do they get placed into a holding cell at the port of entry and then kept overnight? Like it’s not an airport where they can fly back if they came by cruise ship.
