JECRC CS?

I have 84.48%ile Obc-ncl Rajasthan. I read that someone got cs at 85%ile obc. What rank did any of you got CS(AI) or CS in JECRC. This round put me in a spiral cause I was sure I would upgrade to one of the CS branches.

A real attack or another conspiracy by the govt. to divert the attention from Jantar Mantar.

The timing of this News seems to precise. Also why is NDTV the only one giving most coverage on this topic. From a article from Hindu, people of Kashmir have been instructed to not make their own comments on the matter public.

Can someone help me understand why my obc rank was not considered? 84.5%ile

I had filled all branches of jecrc till ece and 84.5%ile in mains still got nothing.
