I introduced 2 lily plants to my pond 3 weeks ago more or less. They’ve been making new leaves but lately the last ones have been super tiny and darker. Is it normal? Should I do something different? I know the water could be clearer but I’ve been fighting for my life with the heat and direct sun! I will attach a picture of how they looked right after I planted them
Just raided my grandma’s cabinet and I think I struck gold haha I’m just getting back into photography and started experimenting with the one at the top. I don’t really know the difference between them tho but they seem to be pretty sought after online. What do you think? Are they good for different things or pretty much all the same?

Hi! Can anyone suggest anything to get rid of this sludge that forms in my pond everyday? The last picture is the pond in the morning than by the afternoon this sludge forms on top. I remove it as best as I can with the net everyday but it always comes back. I have oxygenating plants at the bottom already and a bog filter. I do have goldfish if that‘s relevant
