I play maybe half a dozen times a year. If I break 90 I'm playing the best round of the year. Do you guys get fitted, if so do you find a big difference? I have a decent set of taylormades that are a few years old now, but I really like them.
Ive noticed I have a very set playstyle, that probably def gimps me a bit even though I fare pretty well on Hard/Hard. I very rarely have some, if any heroes not combined with Armies pretty much full time. I know they are free to leave at any time to cause havok, but I dont like trying to figure out the movement getting them back integrated. Usually when I have heroes out they are strickly for not ever being in an army, and all points go into the bottom tree.
Any of you play like this?
My god was this episode is still so ahead of its time. Its clearly about gay conversion but it hits so hard with the current transphobia. Its like it encompassed it all but turnred unside out with current identity culture. Riker going rogue, Worf with patriarchal values joining him. The loss as the conversion makes the whole plot a defeat. Riker reinforcing his relationship with Troi as "more than friends". Theres so much to takeaway in this its just heavy as hell. Peak Startrek among so many other episodes thay makes TNG a fucking bible on so many things that trsnscend the time it was written. Heartbreaking and fabulous for not having the win on this one.
For me its changebringers. Couldnt get these guys engaged long enough to do damage without taking too much themselves. Gave up on them for a while even though they are a super cool unit though. Did another campaign with them later and stacked 4 of em with the iridescent horror hero to buff them. Holy crap these guys annhilate stuff and will take out solo ranged groups in one volley. If you engage/destroy all ranged units they will destory an infantry line from the rear in absurdly fast time.
