98 percentile obc haven't recieved board papers yet will receive them around end of July so what are my possible options for college in csab ( cse only ) please help ty

So I gave exam via nios and the expected result day is around 5 July so what do I submit in the board exam file submission area will I be able to participate in 2nd round even if I don't submit my board file till 10 july?
