I've been dealing with pretty bad brain fog lately. I can stay awake, but it's hard to focus, remember simple things, or think clearly. Some days it feels like my brain is running in slow motion. Has anyone found something that actually helped, or figured out what was causing it?

If my 0.25 mL glow dose contains 0.10 mg BPC-157, 0.10 mg Thymosin Beta-4, and 0.05 mg GHK-Cu, taken 5 days on and 2 days off for a month and repeated for 3 months, would that be enough to produce any noticeable changes? What kind of results could I realistically expect?
