I'm about to buy this build and wanted to get a second opinion before I go ahead with it

I've seen some mixed comments about the Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 5080, so I'm wondering if there's a better 5080 model you'd recommend instead. Also open to any changes or advice on the rest ofthe build if something doesn't make sense

PSU: Corsair RM1000x (2024)

Mostly for gaming at 1440p / 4K.

Does this look solid or would you change anything

the prices are so evil especially out of state

when do you guys think the prices will go down significantly

I was thinking the most feeling would be the rec room
