Just talked to a shop about transmission fluid change he told me that it’s probably my valve body. How common is a valve body issue on the 7AT transmission for VR 30? I know it’s a problem on the 3.7 but never seen on 3.0

Are there any advantages to running longtube intakes on the VR30? I’ve seen RaceBox’s video on intakes and I’m currently running B6A 3” inch shorties but I’m considering Long tubes
