I will remodel my condo kitchen next June. I'm combining the small kitchen and dining rooms into a single larger room with a peninsula. Everything will be new and I need to take down a wall and have extensive electrical work completed.

I hope to be able to design well in advance and shop some sales for cabinets, sink and appliances. I'm curious how long in advance I can buy appliances before they need to get delivered? Is this possible or do I just need to wait for the memorial day sales and hope what I want is reduced?

Any advice?

Does anyone know when the annual sorority garage sale will happen?
