Dealing with bad brain fog always feeling tired and spaced out when people talk to me sometimes. Tryna figure out how to deal with it because you can’t just come off it due to withdrawals. Been on it for 5 years.

Has anyone’s emotional blunting gotten better

Tapering off Prozac need success stories. Causing me not to want to be out go to gatherings. Making anything I do less rewarding. I’m going to a vacation today instead of enjoying I’m getting anxiety cus I know I can’t enjoy the moment. Wish I never took this medication.

Having heart palpitations

I tapered off from 100 mg to 50 mg for a few weeks then went to 25 mg for a few days and stopped.
After stopping got hit with the worst derealization. Brain fog has been so bad. It’s been a week and some days now. The derealisation has calmed down but the brain fog has been on going and dealing with heart palpitations ands it’s almost been 2 weeks. Every time I fall asleep I wake up with my heart racing. Can anyone relate and how long till it goes away?

Went from 50 mg to 100 mg

Has anyone felt off having a weird feeling after upping your dose does it go away or was 50mg my sweet spot. I went up to 100 and made me feel zone out. I am taking fluoextine 20 mg as well could that be the reason it made me feel so out of touch and unfocused like depersonalization ?

I’ve been on qelbree for a month adjusted my dose from 100 to 50 to 25 mg because the wired feeling and heart palpitations. I’m wondering if I’m having the heart palpitations because of the qelbree or the combination of the fluoextine and qelbree together? Anyone have a similar situation and how did you handle it?

Qelbree 100 mg and Fluoxetine 20mg

I started Qelbree about a month ago now, I’ve been taking Fluoxetine for 5 years. I started take them both at night because of the effects they have on sleep. The fluoxetine would make me really sleepy during the day, recently the qelbree has caused some insomnia and heart racing. I drink at night though because when I wake up I feel more energized vs when I drink it in the morning it takes a long time to kick in. Has anyone had similar situation or what’s your experience like?

I find it very weird how it changes over time at first when I started taking it would make me really drowsy now it makes me feel more awake.

Does the heart racing ever go away need answers I’m on my 4th week?
