At that time I felt I just was breaking even with the cost. Crazy how 2 months later, the 1st issue slab alone would break over that amount in value. I know it might be a temporary bubble because of the show announcement, but still, it's insane how it went from 250-300 to the prices it commands these days.

DIY slab storage

To the person who posted in a buried thread reply about the Hefty storage bins, a big big thank you. I tried these Hefty Hi Rise 32 qt plastic bins and surprisingly cgc and cbcs slabs fit in them perfectly. The bottom is snug enough for the slabs not to move around side-to-side. Had to add some 2mm craft foam that I stacked and cut into 1 1/2 inch strips in order to make a makeshift inside "bumper" for the narrower sides of the bin that are facing the front and back of the slabs. They're pretty cheap too, about 10 or less from Target and Walmart, and can fit about 18-20 slabs. Much cheaper than the BCW cardboard boxes.

As someone who got the CE WW for retail price ages ago, I'm happy for those who finally can get theirs too ☺️

I've been crapping a lot about McFarlane for the past year or so and with good reasons, and a lot also feel the same. But I'm not gonna lie, the Vault collections' initial release made me happy for those who didn't have the money to pay scalper prices for the definitive McFarlane version of Wonder Woman. If you still don't have this WW and have pre-ordered today, I'm really happy for you and I hope you will enjoy it when it arrives to you. 😊
