roast my AI receptionist for solopreneurs. i need honest feedback

basically i made something called otto. solopreneurs give clients an otto phone number, AI responds 24/7 trained on their business and voice with a form on onboarding and a feature where they can copy paste chat logs from other apps like discord and then saying their username so the ai doesnt get confused and then it basically learns how they speak and then talks like them. its completely sms based but right now you need to pay to join because the phone numbers cost money. right now it also only works in the us/america and europe

if you want to see it in action text +17624260941 but you have to use a US or Europe based number.

anyways tear it apart the copy, the pricing, the concept or whatever. i can handle it. thanks

18 years old, building my first SaaS solo in NYC, here's week 1

decided to start sharing progress publicly so i actually ship

what i'm building: an AI that responds to your clients via SMS in your exact voice, following your exact rules, 24/7. you give clients a number, it handles the rest

week 1 status: frontend done, backend done, AI connected, SMS provider being wired up

first goal: 10 paying customers before the end of the month

solopreneurs, how do you handle client messages when you're deep in work?

genuinely curious what people's systems are rn. do you check every hour? have a VA? just accept you'll miss some? trying to understand how people actually handle it before i assume i know the answer

What's the one task in your business you hate doing but can't stop doing?

19 year old dev here, trying to build something people actually want instead of guessing in the dark

I'm not pitching anything. I genuinely just want to know what part of running your business makes u go "why is this still so manual in 2026"

could be something small and tedious, could be something that takes hours every week, could be something u've tried 5 tools for and none of them actually solved it

drop it in the comments. the more specific the better. like not just "invoicing" but "i have to manually copy line items from my email into my invoicing tool every single time and it takes 30 mins per client"

that kind of thing

I'll read every single reply and if enough people share the same pain I'm gonna build something for it and give early access to everyone who commented

what's the thing that's quietly killing ur time every week?
