I’m looking for a reliable international courier/freight company or IATA cargo agent in India that deals directly with Air India for regular shipments to Australia.

We’re currently shipping to Australia approximately every second day through DHL, so we have consistent international volume. I’m looking at whether moving some or all of this volume through Air India cargo / an IATA agent with direct airline rates could significantly reduce our freight costs.

Ideally looking for someone who can offer:

Direct Air India / airline cargo rates

Regular India → Australia shipments

Commercial/e-commerce cargo

Door-to-door or airport-to-airport options

Competitive rates for consistent volume

Proper customs/export documentation support

Please don't recommend Aramex, FedEx or DTDC. We've already dealt with these companies extensively over the past 2+ years and I'm specifically looking for a different solution.
