Selling my restaurant
Hi all,
I own a cafe in Kondapur (Nothing before coffee). It’s doing pretty well and growing since it’s a franchise we got operations and staff support. Last October we’ve started another small kitchen ( quick bites - chicken shawarma , popcorn , burgers , pizzas etc ) in Kondapur .
Though this is our own brand and we’re operationally breaking even , it’s hard to operate with frequent staff shortage ( some days I myself run their kitchen ). The monthly expenses are 1L including rent, salary for single staff and 30% of food cost . That being said our daily sale is 2.5k - 4K which is an operational breakeven number . But due to my cafe and full time focus on it ( cafe broke even in jan ).
I’m planing to sell of the quick bites restaurant due to
- Inconsistent and staffing problem
The retauarnt includes shawarma machine, pizza oven, burger grill, chimney, oil fryer , cupboards , dining tables and chairs , tv, ac etc
