I’m honestly conflicted about AI and college essays. If some students are using AI and getting better grades, while some professors are apparently using AI to grade essays, it makes me wonder how fair the whole system is.
I’m not saying I want to cheat, but seeing other students benefit from AI is honestly starting to tempt me to use it too. Should I just start using AI as well? What do you guys think?

I’m posting this as I’ve been thinking about this question for a while now. Personally, my answer is yes, but others tend to disagree. I have struggled a lot with depression and was diagnosed as well, which is probably why my answer is what it is. However, it makes me question the perspectives of others who haven’t dealt with depression. I would like to receive some different perspectives from others that actually like the idea of living.

Waking up everyday is such a chore. I don’t want to go to college. I don’t want to wake up and go to school, work, sleep, school, work, sleep. I’m tired of this. I just want to sleep and never wake up. I hate waking up everyday. I hate this.
