Kart identification

I have a barn find kart, looks to be a serious racing machine for oval track, maybe? Can anyone tell me more about what I’ve got here? I have all of the parts, I was wanting to rebuild it into a “milder” version of itself for more all-terrain riding, or am I starting with something inappropriate for that? I don’t mind sinking a few bucks into it.

Fan motor question

I’ve got a 10 year old Bryant unit here, worked great until yesterday. My suspicion was the fan motor and it was confirmed by my tech but he said labor and parts would be $2700. That seems really high to me, but I wanted to be sure I’m not getting screwed. He said it is a DC motor with a built in ECM. Thoughts?

Hunting help!

Hi all. I’ve been looking for teeth since I was a kid. For some reason my dad had an eagle eye for them and always managed to find at least one every time we went to the beaches in NC. Since I’ve had my two boys, now 12 and 14, we’ve been on many a beach trip to FL, NC, NJ, MD, even Puerto Rico. I’ve combed for hours looking and still have never found any, not even one. My dad never used equipment AFAIK. What’s your secret? It’s on my bucket list to have a successful hunt even if it’s a single tooth. I live in the south central PA area if that helps!
